Security– Providing a safe and secure environment is important to me and I will do my absolute best to make sure that your information is kept safe. My website is being monitored for security breaches 24/7 but if for some reason someone hacked my blog and your information was no longer secure, I would notify all of my subscribers immediately. If you subscribed to my blog’s email list, I truly appreciate it because it helps me greatly and gives me the confidence to keep going. If at any point, you would like to be removed from my email list you have the freedom to do so, and all you have to do is hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email and you will be removed from my email list and no longer be receiving notifications of new posts.

Data Usage- When you comment or subscribe to my email list we may ask for information like a name and email. If you are uncomfortable with providing such information, please do not comment or subscribe to my newsletter. I respect your privacy and all emails are kept confidential and will not publicly shared with anyone. The only people who have access to these emails are myself and people on my team that I have given access to. I currently am blogging solo and do not have team member and am the only person that has access to these emails.

How we use your information- The personal information you provide is stored in our system indefinitely until a user unsubscribes and at that time it will be deleted. The information you provide is used to send out emails to readers and allows them to make a comment but the personal information you provide is not shared or sold to an outside party without first getting permission. The only time you may violate this right is if you commit a crime and I am legally required to give this information to law enforcement to help them solve that crime.

Cookies– My blog uses cookies to ensure that everything is running properly so that you have a positive experience. Cookies are used to track visitors’ preferences, login information, or website visitors most recently viewed so they can easily access them again. Cookies can be disabled through your individual browser settings but please remember that this blog uses cookies and doing so may cause some functions not to work properly.

Working with brands/ Ad– My blog posts may have ads which helps me financially support my blog so I can give you better content. If you click on ad, I will make a small percentage at no extra cost to you. I sometimes accept sponsored posts from outside parties and am compensated for it, but if a post is sponsored it I will clearly be stated in the beginning of the post. If you have any additional questions about the policies and/or services of WordPress please visit WordPress’ privacy policy for more information!

Protecting your kids– Your child’s safety is important to us and although you can have a blog as young as 13, I will not collect information from your child against the parents’ wishes. It can be difficult to keep track of every subscriber but if you are a parent and believe that your young child has subscribed and wish for them to be removed, please contact me at sarahlynn358@gmail.com and I will have them removed as soon as possible.

Sensitive Information–  It is never a good idea to submit sensitive information such as social security numbers, banking information, or your home address because you don’t never know who is reading and it’s unsafe. Sensitive information that is submitted on my blog violates this privacy policy and I am not responsible for any losses.

Responding to emails- The reason I started a blog was to connect with the disabled community and I love interacting with you all! If you send me a private email, I will not share it with anyone, and you are giving me permission to respond to you. If you don’t want a response, please don’t comment or send me emails because I will always leave some kind of response. I ignore all messages that claim cures or are asking for specific medical advice that you should be asking your doctor because I can be held liable if I am wrong.
